David McIntosh is a British ex-military and security operative who became a television personality, actor, and fitness model. He was born on December 10, 1985 in Wigan, United Kingdom. He is known as a former Royal Marines commando and is also well-recognized as a Gladiator on the Sky 1 TV series Gladiators under the name Tornado. It was in the year 2014 when he became famous for his appearances in the popular reality TV program Celebrity Big Brother 14.
In one of his interviews, Danny shared his training routine. He explained, “My training regime is all over the place, there is no set routine to the madness I do, all I know is when it’s gym time I’m going to be shifting a hell of a lot of weight and pushing my body to the limit. I change my routines regularly as to make sure every single muscle is getting worked. A quick look at something I would start with on my chest is this: 60Kg bench 20 reps full, 20 reps midway to the top, then 20 reps from the chest to midway. Jump straight off the bench into the pressup position and repeat what you did on the bench but in sets of 10. In total it’s 60 reps on the bench and 30 pressups no rest!! You do this 3x through with minimal rest between sets.
For his diet, he said, “I’m not going to tell you I eat healthy all the time because that would be a lie I love pizza and a whole lot of other stuff you probably shouldn’t eat when trying to be super lean but hey life’s for living. If you have to eat grilled chicken, brown rice and broccoli for every meal to stay lean then your obviously training like a sissy at the gym. If I was advising someone on a diet plan I would say eat many small meals like 5, but that’s not me I probably eat two meals max a day, everybody is different and personally I can still put on lean muscle from eating relatively nothing, you just have to find out what works for you. When cooking though the food I eat is always fresh and organic never ever will you catch me eating a frozen ready meal! The best purchase you can ever get is a juicer they are worth their weight in gold, I don’t cook vegetables I put all my organic vegetables and fruit in a juicer/blender. In one glass I squeeze in more veg then I’d even contemplating eating in 1 week.
