When Ira was asked in an interview about her typical fitness routine, she said she mostly does Yoga. “I have never been a gym person but I do yoga, thrice a week with a personal instructor, combined with stretching and right breathing for staying fit and keeping me stress-free. I alternate that with brisk walks on the treadmill at Jiva Spa at the Wellington Mews. Exercising for me is a mood booster and improves my skin too. I commit six hours to fitness every week-three hours of yoga and another three for walks and steam or sauna, she explained.
And when it comes to her diet, she said she’s practicing a balanced diet and doesn’t skip breakfast. “I am a self-confessed foodie but I usually try to balance my meals with right proportions of carbs, protein, and fats. I used to skip breakfast but over the years I’ve realised that a good breakfast keeps you satiated and energised all day long, she stated.
