Natasha Poly, originally Natalya Sergeyevna Polevshchikova, was born on July 12, 1985 in Perm, Russian SFSR, Soviet Union. She is a Russian model who started to do local modeling works in the year 2000. She was discovered in Perm and was instantly encouraged to join the modeling competition in Russia called “New Model Today. She finished the second place on the said competition. Eventually she became noticeable because of her exposure of the “New Model Today, giving her the breakthrough by which she experienced her debut, gracing the runway for Emanuel Ungaro and working for Why Not Model Agency in the year 2004. Since then, she was seen being highlighted on different campaigns for several designers including Roberto Cavalli, Louis Vuitton, H&M, Proenza Schouler, Jil Sander, Nina Ricci, Calvin Klein, Dolce & Gabbana, and many other leading brands and designers.
Natasha keeps a fit and toned body by regularly doing her exercises which consist of Yoga, jogging, and cardio exercises. According to her, these exercises clear her mind and lift her mood.
Now what’s her diet like? In her interview with Harper Bazaar, she said her meals mostly consist of wheat toast, egg whites, and spinach salad. She also loves to drink orange juice. Healthy, isn’t it? She’s such an inspiration!
