Sidney Patrick Crosby, ONS is a Canadian professional ice hockey player. He was born on August 7, 1987 in Cole Harbour, Canada. He attended school at Harrison Trimble High School, Astral Drive Junior High School, and Shattuck-Saint Mary’s. He started his career when he was drafted by the Penguins out of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League as first overall. During his first season in the NHL, he became the sixth in league, with a score of 102 points. Since then, he was regularly seen competing with his teammates against leading NHL teams.
According to Andy O’Brien, Sidney’s trainer, Sidney is very much dedicated to his work and of course, to his fitness. Andy said in an interview, “Sidney says that every challenge is an opportunity and that’s really how he sees it.
He added, “For a lot of people, working out is hard and eating right is hard. There’s all these sacrifices, all this discipline. But it’s also an opportunity to get better. And I think he focuses on the positive and he focuses on his goals and he tries not to focus on what’s holding him back or what the obstacles are.
